INFORMATION & SAFETY

Amidst these difficult times, it’s our privilege to be able to present a safe environment to socialise and enjoy music, dancing & drinks together.

However, the local licensing authority has made it clear that they will be closing down or penalising venues that ignore government guidelines. Getting closed down is no good to us, you, the artists, our staff or the music community as a whole – that is why we are thankful for your cooperation on the below.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS & DRESS CODE

REQUIREMENTS
– All guests must provide the NHS COVID Pass (or approved international equivalent) or have valid
proof that they have completed a negative PCR test or negative rapid lateral flow test within the
past 48 hours.
– Only guests with the required NHS COVID Pass (or other accepted international evidence) or a
negative test result confirmed by an NHS e-mail or text will be allowed to enter.
– You must be 18 years or older to enter.
– You must provide ID at the door. No ID, no entry.
– No Football shirts, hip bags, flip flops or track suits.

– You may be searched as a condition of entry.
– 93 Feet East has a zero tolerance policy in relation to the use of nitrous oxide (NO2 / Balloons). If any person is seen on the street outside 93 Feet East using nitrous oxide, they will not be able to enter the premises.

IMPLEMENTATION
– Entry checks will be conducted by security and staff at the entrance, prior to admittance, using the
NHS verifier app.
– Data and images may also be retained on other media including identity scanners
and body worn video cameras.
– On any occasion where the verifier app is not available, a visual check will be made and recorded by
staff.

negative PCR test or negative rapid lateral flow test taken within the past 48 hours must have
reported their test result to NHS Test and Trace.
– A valid notification of a test result from NHS Test and Trace should include all of the following;
The name of the person who took the test, their age or date of birth, the date the test sample was collected or received by the test provider, confirmation that the test was either a polymerase chain reaction test or a lateral flow test & confirmation that the result of the test was negative.

PATRON WELFARE

To make 93 Feet East as safe as possible for our patrons, we have implemented a number of strategies placing the safety & welfare of our patrons as top priority. This includes;

– Increasing the number of staff working at events, including the introduction of ‘Welfare Officers’.
– Adding more CCTV cameras to the venue.
– Participating in the ‘Ask for Angela’ initiative.

Finally, have fun – but please do respect everyone’s personal space, including fellow patrons and our staff. By working together, we can help to keep 93 Feet East a safe space for everyone. If you have any questions about our updated entry requirements or our patron welfare initiatives, feel free to send us a direct message on Instagram or email hello@93feeteast.co.uk & we will do our best to reply as soon as possible.
